Checks
Articles you can put your name on.
Before you approve an article, Studio checks its sources, its claims against your product facts, its voice and what AI answer engines look for.

AI drafts are fast, and they make things up. One wrong claim or broken source under your name costs more than the time it saved.
How it works
01
Draft with an AI editor.
Draft and edit articles with an AI editor alongside.

02
Checked before you approve.
Sources and citations, claims against your product facts, brand voice, and answer-engine structure: a direct answer, question headings, FAQs, a sourced statistic, structured data.

03
A failed check blocks approval.
Fix it with the editor, then approve. Article approval needs someone with the approver role.

Catch it before your name is on it.
What the checks catch
| What's wrong | What Studio does |
|---|---|
| A citation with no matching source | The Sources check fails. Approval is blocked until it's fixed |
| Off-voice writing or missing answer-engine structure | Flagged on the review screen as a warning; you can approve past it. (Broken structured data blocks publishing.) |
| A claim your product facts don't support | Flagged as a warning for you to review. A warning doesn't block approval by itself |
| You approve | The checks run again |
Proof
- The checks are shown on the article's review screen, and they run again when you approve.
- The deep claim check compares the article against your product facts before you approve, and flags what it can't support as a warning.
Scope
These checks run on articles. Social posts are written from your product facts but don't get the citation or full claim checks yet.
