For consultants, fractional executives and advisors

Stay visible to the people who hire you.

Studio keeps your point of view in front of clients and prospects on LinkedIn, X and Substack Notes, drafted in your voice, without blocking out a writing day every week.

Your next client is reading before they call. When you go quiet for a month, so do the conversations. And your billable hours are the same hours writing would take.

How Studio fits

01

Your expertise, in your words.

Set your voice and the topics you advise on.

A company voice being edited: its mission, perspective, topics, audiences and the words it avoids.

02

Timely, not generic.

Each morning brings a post on the day's news in your field, plus two more.

Nothing is scheduled until it's approved.

Every piece waits for approval, so you, or whoever reviews your communications, can read it before it's scheduled.

For financial, legal and other regulated advisors

Studio drafts. It does not give advice, and it does not review content for regulatory compliance. Every post and article waits in Studio until a person approves it, so your firm's own review can happen before anything is scheduled. Long-form posts and email can stay copy-and-post if your process needs a final check outside Studio. Follow your firm's and your regulator's rules on public communications.

Stay in the conversation between engagements.

Proof

  • Articles are checked before you approve: sources and citations, claims against your facts, voice. A failed check, like a citation with no matching source, blocks approval until it's fixed; claims your facts don't support are flagged as warnings. Posts don't get the citation checks.
  • Roles decide who can approve articles. Invite a reviewer with the approver role.
  • Every agent run is recorded with what it did.
